最近サンバースト推しなホリゾンですが、
今回もサンバーストデザインを加えたリングの完成です。
ターコイズはパイライトぎっしりに、石英も入り込んだエロいやつ
鉱山はイサカピークターコイズ
人気もある為パイライト入りはめっきり少なくなり、石英とのコラボターコイズなんてほぼ見ません。
ターコイズは多孔質。
簡単に言うと隙間の多い石という事になります。
なので、他の鉱物であるパイライトや石英などが入り込んでいる物はあっても、
カットや研磨の段階でポロポロ落ちてしまったり。。
繋ぎ目が割れたりなど、密度がなく結合していないのでこうやってルースとして使用できるのはほんとに極わずか。
珍しさもあって、人気でもありますよね。
でも、リングと一緒にキラキラする感じがやはり良いですね、艶光感がエロいです。
リングはスタンプワークで主にデザインし、ターコイズを太陽に見立てて、サンバーストのパーツをアップリケしてます。
以外にこのパーツを作るのも時間かかるんです。
バーンアウト技法で丸いサンバーストを作ります。
何度も叩いてエッジを効かせたサンバーストを作り、それをリングの幅や形に合わせて糸鋸で切り抜くという。。
パーツだけ見るとすぐ出来ちゃう感があるんですが、案外１つ１つパーツを作るには、しっかり時間と手間がかかるんです。
